Tony B. Roberson is an award-winning multidisciplinary creative, art director, and designer who builds brands through visual storytelling, cultural insight, and strategic thinking. His work sits at the intersection of creativity and purpose, crafting design solutions that connect with people and drive meaningful impact for marketing teams and organizations.
His career reflects a natural blend of artistry and leadership. Beginning at TRG, he contributed to purpose-driven campaigns while quickly growing into creative leadership roles. Over time, he has worked across branding, digital design, advertising, and content creation—always balancing big-picture vision with hands-on execution. His approach is rooted in clarity, intention, and creating work that feels as strong conceptually as it does visually.
His portfolio includes collaborations with national brands such as PNC Bank and ExxonMobil, healthcare campaigns for Scottish Rite Hospital, and educational branding as Art Director at Ogle Schools Hair, Skin & Nails. One of his proudest achievements was leading creative strategy across ten campuses throughout Texas and Atlanta, helping unify brand systems while honoring each community’s voice. Beyond client work, he is deeply invested in mentorship and creative community, having previously served on the AIGA DFW Board in Social Media; he helped support emerging creatives through advocacy, education, and local initiatives.
At the core of his personal brand is a belief that art should connect culture, strategy, and storytelling. He thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and pushing ideas forward with originality and relevance. Outside of design, he draws inspiration from collecting art books, sketching portraits, and cooking with his wife, Auzree Roberson. Together, they launched her award-winning banana pudding business, Just One More Scoop, now a beloved staple in the DFW area. He continues to explore creativity through collecting vinyl records and movie posters. Roberson spends his weekends digitally creating, volunteering, and faithfully growing with his church family (New Trinity Temple COGIC) of 4 years. He is also a Graduate of East Texas A&M University as well as a member of Alpha Phi Alpha.
Roberson admires color theory as he believes it helps communicate visually what words cannot express for many brands and clients.
"For me, creativity isn’t just work—it’s a calling. Every project is an opportunity to build, serve, and reflect the purpose I was created to live out." - Tony B. Roberson
